You can add new and manage existing loyalty programs on the system. To access the Loyalty Dashboard, click on the Loyalty link from the main navigation menu (see button labeled with number 1).

To add a new loyalty program, click on the Add Loyalty button (see the button labeled with number 2). Enter the information into the following fields.
Once you have entered all the information, click on the Create button. The system will display a message that the loyalty program was successfully added. You should now be able to see the new loyalty program in the loyalty program list.

To edit a loyalty program, find the loyalty program to edit on the main "Loyalty" screen. Click on the "Actions" button for that loyalty program (see the button labeled with number 3), then click on the edit link next to label 4.
Once you have clicked the edit button, the system will display a message that the loyalty program was successfully edited.
You should now be able to see the edited loyalty program in the loyalty program list.

To delete a loyalty perk program, click on the Actions button (see the button labeled with number 3). From the drop-down menu, select Delete (see the link labeled with number 4). Click the OKbutton if you are sure you want to delete the loyalty perk program.
Just like social media cover images, the loyalty cover image will be the prominent image shown on the top of the loyalty listing page.
To upload a cover image simply hover over the cover image area on the create/edit loyalty page and click the placeholder image. A file selection prompt will open, select the image to upload.

The number of points a user must receive before being eligible to receive the loyalty offer.

The time interval in hours to reward loyalty points. This is useful to restrict the number of points a customer can accrue during a single visit,
For a consumer to earn a perk, the consumer needs to open the mobile app or website and select the desired loyalty program. Next, the consumer needs to open their device scanner using the scan button at the bottom of the loyalty
screen. Once the scanner is open, the consumer needs to scan the QR code presented at the Merchant’s POS.
Once the consumer has scanned the QR code, the perk/star will become solid in color indicating the scan was successful.
There are three mobile loyalty offer redemption options: QR Code, mzSTAMP, and POS Integration.
To redeem an offer, the consumer will select the applicable offer then click on the Scan this Deal button. The device scanner will open. Using the scanner, the consumer will scan the QR code displayed at the Merchant POS. Once the QR code has been scanned, the consumer will receive a “Confirm Notice”. If the consumer clicks OK, then the "Show to Cashier" message is displayed. The server or cashier will apply the coupon credit at the POS. This credit can be applied using the same procedures that the Merchant has implemented for redeeming a paper coupon such as a soft key or PLU code.
To redeem an offer the customer will select the applicable offer then click on the Redeem this Deal button. A stamp page will open. Using the stamp device provided by your Mobile Partner, the server or cashier will stamp the page. A notice will display to indicate that the offer has been redeemed.
Depending on the POS, the redemption process varies. Your Mobile Provider will provide a separate document outlining the redemption process that is applicable to their POS.
