Locations Overview

You can add new and manage existing stores/locations on the system. To access the Stores/Locations Dashboard, click on the Stores/Locations link from the main navigation menu (see button labeled with number 1). Image of Portal

Page Components

# Name Description
1 Menu Link Used to access the listing of locations/stores.
2 Add Button Click bring up the create location/store form.
3 Map Icons Each location/store shows their logo (uploaded) on map.
4 Action Dropdown Button Shows all the actions you can perform on the location/store.
5 QRCode XUp Renders a printable QR code that can be used for scanning redemption. (Mobile App Required)
6 QR Export Renders a printable QR code that will link to the store/location mobile web page. (Mobile Web Required)
7 Edit Link and Delete Link Based on your selection you can either edit or delete the store/location

Add Location

To add a new location, click on the Add Location/Store button (see button labeled with number 2) on the main "Location/Store" screen. Enter the information into the fields. Image of Portal

Once you have clicked the Create button, the system will display a message that the location/store was successfully added. You should now be able to see the new location/store in the locations/store list. Add store/location

Edit a Location

To edit a location, find the location to edit on the main "Location/Store" screen. Click on the "Actions" button for that location/store (see button labeled with number 4), then click on the edit link next to label 7. Print Location QR Code

  • To print a location’s QR code for redeeming perks or coupons, click on the Actions button (see button labeled with number 4). From the drop-down menu select the QR code option that you prefer (links next to label 5). The PDF will be downloaded to your computer.
  • To print a location’s QR code for to print on materials to open the mobile website location page, click on the Actions button (see button labeled with number 4). From the drop-down menu select the QR Export (links next to label 6). The PDF will be downloaded to your computer. Image of Portal

Delete a Location

To delete a location, click on the Actions button (see button labeled with number 4). From the drop-down menu, select Delete (see link labeled with number 7). Click the OK button if you are sure you want to delete the location. Image of Portal

1. Cover Image

Just like social media cover images, the store/location cover image will be the prominent image shown on the top of the store listing page.

Upload a cover image and image specifications

To upload a cover image simply hover over the cover image area on the create/edit location/store page and click the placeholder image. A file selection prompt will open, select the image to upload.

{info} It's recommended to keep an aspect ratio of 40:21 or 1200px x 630px, which happens to be the common size of Facebook cover images. You can download a sample image template here. 2. Logo

Logo images will be displayed on the stores/locations listing pages, in maps as location indicators, loyalty and coupon listings.

3. Location/Store Name

4. Address

On the location page, when the driving directions button is tapped/clicked, the user will be brought to either Google Maps or a selection to choose what mapping app they want to use to get driving directions.

5. Hours of Operation

The hours of operation can be managed when creating or editing a location/store. The hours of operation shown on the app/website are for the current day.

6. Account Description

The account description is an account wide description that is applied to every location/store.

7. Phone Number

On the location page, when the phone button is tapped/clicked, the user will be prompted if they wish to dial the phone number for the location/store.

8. Website

On the location page, when the website button is tapped/clicked, the user will be brought to the website for the location/store.

9. (Optional) Merchant ID

The Merchant ID is an optional field that is primarily used for internal account purposes, such as: internal store numbers or storing payment gateway merchant number so transactions can be matched.

10. (Optional) Visibility

The visibility by default is set to "Public" meaning that the location will be visible in the general location listings. By changing the visibility to "Online," coupon offers will be shown in "Online Coupons" tab as shown below.

11. (Optional) Geofence Radius

Radius (in meters) around a store that could trigger a geofence message. (Required beacon/geofence enabled in mobile app.)

12. (Optional) Beacons

The Beacons section allows for the management of the beacons assigned to the location/store.

13. (Optional) Stamps

The Stamps section allows for the management of the stamps assigned to the location/store.

14. Category/Type

As shown in the "Category/Type Listing" in the image below, locations/stores can be segmented into categories. Location Mobile Example
